Introduction:

Microelectronics Science and Engineering is a multi-disciplinary field that involves physics, electronics, computer science, semiconductor materials science, and microelectronics. It is the pioneer and core of electronic information science and technology, known as the heart of modern information industry and high-tech, of great importance to economic development and national security. The course includes modules such as circuit devices, analog integrated circuit design, digital integrated circuit design, and opto-electronic integration. It aims to provide professional talents who can engage in engineering research, development, design, manufacturing, and operational management related to integrated circuits.


Training outcomes:

Engineering skills, innovation awareness and ability. Theoretical knowledge in integrated circuit design, manufacturing process, packaging and testing, etc. Graduates are able to comprehensively apply mathematical and professional knowledge to solve complex engineering problems in the manufacturing field.


Academic staffs:

Five professors and associate professors, seven people have doctoral degrees, nine master's supervisors, and two people have overseas experience. Granted massive national and provincial scientific research projects. Published over 30 SCI/EI indexed academic papers and authorized patents.


Graduate Development:

Graduates mainly work in state-owned enterprises, well-known companies, large research institutes, government departments, etc. Engaged in research, technological development, and management in the fields of circuits and systems, digital information systems, microelectronic devices, opto-electronic devices, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, etc.
