To solidly advance graduate employment work, continuously deepen the integration of industry and education, build a two-way communication platform between enterprises and graduates and broaden high-quality employment channels for graduates, the College of Electronic Information and Automation of Tianjin University of Science and Technology held campus recruitment information sessions respectively for Yuanguang Software Co., Ltd. and Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. on 31 March and 3 April 2026, in Meeting Room 316, Building 11, West Campus of the Binhai Campus. Relevant company representatives, counsellors of the graduating classes and graduating students of the relevant majors attended the events.

On 31 March, the Yuanguang Software information session took place as scheduled. The company’s presenting representative first introduced Yuanguang Software’s development history, industry position, core business and technical directions, and showcased the company’s technical strength and development layout against frontier application scenarios such as power digitalisation, big data and artificial intelligence. The speaker focused on interpreting the requirements of the campus recruitment positions, offering technical roles in software development, testing and hardware design to the College’s programmes in Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, and Microelectronic Science and Engineering. During the interactive question-and-answer session, students actively asked about the technical requirements of the positions, internship arrangements and the written-test and interview process, and the company representatives answered each question in detail. After the session, students submitted their CVs on site and held one-to-one discussions with the recruitment managers about their career intentions.

On 3 April, the information session of Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co., Ltd. was held at the same venue. The head of the Jereh presentation introduced the company’s development overview, global industrial layout, oil and gas equipment manufacturing and new energy business segments, and presented the company’s innovative achievements in high-end equipment research and development and intelligent manufacturing. The speaker gave a detailed explanation of job content, talent development programmes, employee welfare systems and career growth paths and, in line with the disciplinary strengths of the College, explained the competency requirements of the positions, helping students to identify a clear job-seeking position. The on-site atmosphere was lively: participating students asked questions about the project working environment, job rotation mechanisms and room for development, and the company representatives responded patiently, receiving CVs on site and conducting preliminary communication at the same time.

The two information sessions precisely matched the disciplinary and programme strengths of the College of Electronic Information and Automation, bringing high-quality technical position resources to graduates and opening a channel that connects enterprises’ recruitment needs with graduates’ job-seeking demands. The College continues to implement the special action of “visiting enterprises to expand posts and promote employment”, proactively contacting high-quality listed companies and inviting them onto campus, so that students can learn about industry development trends and enterprises’ hiring standards without leaving the campus, effectively enhancing their initiative in job seeking. The College’s counsellors encouraged students on site to seize campus recruitment opportunities, adopt a rational view of employment, consolidate their professional competence, actively submit CVs and bravely take part in interviews, so as to realise their personal value on the industrial frontline.
